Events like the Fashion Trust U.S. awards brought the likes of Kelly Rowland and Janelle Monáe to the shore of elite dressing.
The tailored suits were an admirable pick with interesting colors, ditching the neutral tints. The trains on a few frocks were a bulky release of dopamine, with exaggerated fabrics doing their number on the carpet.
